Shipping & Returns

We love each product in our shop and it is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason there is an issue with your purchase we want to make it right. Please read our Return Policy below.

Returns Policy

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the purchased item to notify us that you will be making a return. Returns will not be accepted after this time. 

The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the purchased item. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless the item is being returned due to our error (shipping wrong item)..
Item MUST be in it's original new condition and in it's original packaging. If the item appears to be worn or used or damaged in any way, then it is considered non-returnable and a refund will not be issued.

Each product is checked and packed carefully before being shipped to you. However, if your order is somehow damaged during transit, please contact CR Maxson immediately or within 7 days of receiving the item to notify us about the damaged item.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We offer Free Shipping within the USA on all of our products in the store. We use USPS Priority Mail shipping for all our products but may also choose to use other shipping methods such as UPS, Fedex, or other services from USPS.

 

Customs and import taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CR Maxson is not responsible for any delays that might occur due to customs.
